I've been using the VT009 about two weeks now for arthritis and joint pain. For now I'm using low setting performing gental exercises. Hi Sara, I too bought a different vibration plate. I bought the life pro waver. Yes I got a good deal on it on Amazon, but I ended up sending it back and ordering the VT 007. I have it now and I absolutely love it. I try to do my exercises in the morning but if I don’t, I do them at night and then I just sit on it and relax for 10 minutes before I go to bed and I have slept better that I’ve ever slept. Enjoy

I am using the VT 007 and I actually love it. Right now. I am experimenting with it by not using it every day to see if it really is helping me sleep and I do believe it is when I don’t use it I don’t sleep as well. I am 69 years old have had two total hip replacements and quite a few other surgeries. I think it is helping me a lot.

So , I had a life pro( osculating) and I thought I did my research on it and supported it and I loved it - then I broke down and got the power plate - oh what a difference! My life pro is put away but I did stand on it and now I can see what Aaron has been saying -it was very bad .
